Pre-Harvest Meeting
PRE-HARVEST MEETING | AUGUST 19-21, 2024 | ALBANY, GA
The 2024 Pre-Harvest Meeting, jointly hosted by American Peanut Shellers Association and National Peanut Buying Points Association is scheduled for August 19-21, 2024, in Albany, GA. APSA Board, TPI Board, and TPIF Board meetings will be held at the APSA office on Tuesday, August 20th. A United States Peanut Federation Board of Directors meeting will be held on Tuesday at Doublegate Country Club, and a NPBPA Board meeting will be held on Wednesday at The Bindery.
The virtual PAC Auction is back and kicks off the festivities beginning Monday, August 19th at 10:00 AM. Bidding will be available on all devices (desktops, laptops, tablets and cellphones), but you must register to receive an access link. PAC Auction committee members and association officials are working diligently to procure an exciting assortment of items for this years auction. Make plans to join us for the Live Auction and Reception, Tuesday, August 19th at Doublegate Country Club. The reception begins at 6:30 PM and includes open bar and heavy hors d'oeuvres. Live Auction begins at 7:00 PM - you won't want to miss your chance to win one of many premium items including trips, concert tickets, hunts and more! Admission to the reception and live auction is $75 payable at time of registration.
The General Business Session will take place on Wednesday, August 21st at The Bindery at Oakland Library in Albany, GA. The program will include various topics of interest to the industry, and a detailed agenda will be available for viewing shortly. APSA & NPBPA will host a luncheon following the general session and all meeting participants are invited to attend. There is no charge for members to attend the meeting and luncheon, however registration is required.
